Steve is a senior sales executive with 15+ years of experience leading high-performing teams across the SaaS and staffing industries. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales at LinkedIn, where he led a $150M global business and managed strategic relationships with the world’s largest staffing firms. Steve began his career as a CPA after graduating from Notre Dame, spending five years in tax and M&A due diligence at Big 4 firms. He is a proud husband and father of three and invests time as a go-to-market advisor for startups, non-profit board member, angel investor, and youth basketball coach.

She has led teams at Robert Half and a high-growth talent marketplace, and most recently supported global organizations at LinkedIn. Christine specializes in connecting highly skilled talent to critical business initiatives, helping companies accelerate innovation, perform better, and build for the future. With a relationship-first, results-driven approach, she delivers lasting impact for both clients and candidates. Based in Chicago, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, supporting her daughter’s sports and activities, and exploring all the city has to offer.

Matt Flesch is a seasoned operator and growth strategist with expertise in public accounting, corporate finance, staffing, and enterprise sales. He has driven revenue growth, expanded market presence, and built lasting client partnerships while leading and developing high-performing teams. With a strong foundation in accounting and business strategy, he has earned multiple awards for leadership and performance excellence. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and can be seen coaching his three children’s sports teams on the weekend, bringing the same passion for development and teamwork to his family life.

Josh is a dynamic sales leader with over 12 years of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and scaling staffing operations. After spending two years in public accounting, he transitioned into staffing, where he excels in sales leadership. He believes strong relationships are the foundation of success, fostering trust, collaboration, and long-term business growth. Outside of work, Josh enjoys time with his wife and two young children, playing golf, and appreciating the craftsmanship of cars.
